Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We strive to deliver your items as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order has been processed, most domestic orders have estimated delivery times within 2-5 business days via USPS First Class or 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. This estimate usually goes up during the holidays. Once your package is in the USPS, UPS, or other mail system, we have no control over the time it takes to be delivered.

We may use other shipping methods depending on the weight and size of an order. In most cases, you will get a tracking number for your reference. 

ORDERS PLACED WITH AN INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you place an order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@getfashionized.com so that we may fix the mistake before we ship your order. Once your order ships with an incorrect address, you are responsible for shipping fees to redirect or resend packages to the correct address. 

Note:  For order totals of $150.00 or more, we will also email you to confirm your shipping address and ask you to confirm or correct within 48 hours. If we do not hear back from you, we may cancel the order.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Once orders leave our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
