Return and Exchange Policy

Get Fashionized LLC and Getfashionized.com will not accept any returns or exchanges until Covid 19 is well under control. 

 

We will update this policy when we are able to do so safely.

 

Of course, if something is damaged, please contact us at Support@getfashionized.com or by calling 608 305 4452 and leaving a detailed message including your call back number. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.  We do not anticipate this happening because we do inspect everything before sending it to you, our valued patron.

 

If we erroneously send out the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you. 

 


If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us at 608 305-4452 and leave a detailed message including your name, shipping address, and order number so we can determine if the items have been shipped yet.  

 


If you have any questions about an item we want you to ask us before purchasing. If you want us to measure something or answer a question, it would be our pleasure to assist you.
